We hold information on vehicles across the Nordic region, down to registration and VIN number level, with up to 400 data points per vehicle.

All our data comes from official sources: the Nordic road traffic registers, the vehicle manufacturers and the general agents.

Customers use the data in different ways. Some put a registration number search straight onto their website. Others identify the vehicle to find the right spare part, or to check which charging connector an electric car has and how it rates environmentally.

The data is also used for camera recognition, at bridges, recycling centres and car parks among other places.

Do you need current details on vehicles, users and owners, plus information on insurance and financing? You can access the Swedish Road Traffic Register in real time, either via API or by logging in to bilvision.se. The condition is that your business belongs to one of the industries the Swedish Transport Agency has authorised.

With Change of ownership 2.0 you plan the week's changes of ownership in advance instead of handling them as they come in. You collect the details before the delivery date and spread the work across the week using the calendar function. Details tied to the delivery can be submitted via API, which removes a large share of the manual data entry and the errors that come with it.

You can also set up your own checklists, with checks beyond the standard details required to register a trade-in or a sale.

There's no limit to how many vehicles you handle at once, whether it's a trade-in, taking a vehicle off the road or back on, a rental marking, a leasing lock, a credit marking or a sale.

We can connect the platform to your CRM or business system (DMS). Once the registration is complete, we send back the details you want, so the systems stay in sync.

With a CRM integration you manage existing customers, new customers and hot leads in one place, and the customer details stay current without manual work.

Through our CRM API we clean your customer register regularly. That shows in the customer experience, and in being able to demonstrate GDPR compliance.

We collect leads from several sources in one place: Bilprospekt, Provköra, your own website or your partners. From there they're distributed across the organisation.
